As I've said before, this just shows you what a tough SOB Winky is. He had no legs under him whatsoever in the last four rounds, but he kept on getting up after being knocked down. Vasquez was a beast, and not many slugged with him and heard the final bell.

As impressive a showing as it was for Vasquez, even more impressive was the mettle Wright showed.

Wright certainly showed a lot of heart, but he should not have had to show that much. He was being brutally beaten towards the end, despite landing some nice shots of his own. His corner should have done their job and stepped in. With his legs gone as they were he was susceptible to taking a really severe blow that could have done serious damage.

Winky needs that peek-a-boo style other wise the above is what happens. Mosley had him hurt bad in their second fight.

Wow, Winky was actually exciting at one time. I know now why he just jabs and covers all night long.......its in his best interest to keep it boring.

Winky was still developing when he fought Vasquez, but what a show of heart! I don't think he's been down once since this fight.
