Julio Diaz has recently came out and complained hard core that he needs to get a fight...basically begging for a fight

An inactive Julio Diaz would be by far the best decision for Amir Khan to fight either his fight in June or his next fight after that to prepare for a world title bout against Campbell.........PERFECT! Man honestly if Frank Warren and crew do not see that this fight is the ideal match for Khan before he fights for the title by December......He should start looking for a new promoter.....It would be a very nice stepping stone before Campbell in terms of experience and a basically safe bet for a win...easily the hardest win for Khan so far...and more or less a hard fought win...but still a safe bet

Is Khan ready for a fighter like Julio? Diaz is a legit lightweight contender. He's number four on the Ring lightweight list. I haven't seen Khan fight a lot, but that seems like a big step up for him.

Ok well if Khan cannot handle Julio that means he cant handle going for the World Title ANYTIME SOON.....i mean if Khan cannot beat Julio then he has no business being in the ring w/ Casamayor or Campbell.....or Juan Diaz or Katsidis....I think Julio is the Best option for a stepping stone to help him step in the ring w/ Campbell......I agree I think his next fight should not be against Julio...maybe Yuri Romanov or Chavez would be the best for the next fight....but after that Julio...and if he beats Julio then he will be as prepared as needs to be to take on Campbell and if he loses......well then he probably shouldnt be thinking of fighting for a title at atll........

but i think that Khan would win.......perhaps easily

As of right now, I would not favor Khan against Casa, Campbell, Juan Diaz, or Katsidas. That's not a knock on Khan; I'm not saying he won't ever reach that level. I just don't think he's ready for them now. The talk of him challenging for a legit title sometime in 2008 seems a bit premature.
