Jumprope

    Where can i get a good jumprope that is not to light and not to heavy. Seems impossible to find.

    Best rope I've ever used is a speed rope by Golds gym

    Altus speed rope. Cheap. Good speed. Decent weight. Durable.

    Pull off the soft stuff and use sports tape.
