New video on Chang. Has rare training and outside footage, along with extremely high quality fight excerpts. Hopefully they release them. Nothing major, but interesting.

Dude is wide open coming in. Pd for pd greats would take his head off and KO him. I have his career set and while he's a good little fighter in a pathetic talentless no punching division, to call this guy the greatest offensive force in boxing history is utterly Assinine. With his hands down swarmer no great punch attack great fighters would slaughter him. And the hugger and revisionist fleaman says this guy overwelms Canto? Tells all you need to know about his and others ability to disseminate fighters. Then add the Zarate is nothing remarks, case closed. Living in own personal lala land where sky is green and poseys grow everywhere.

Chang is bad stylistically for Canto. He's much better than Park, and had more heart too, and could box measuredly when needed. The frantic changing rhythm would offset Canto like parks did. Of course Canto is the much greater fighter I a better division. I never said he wasn't.

He also has probably the best resume at 108. Better than Gushiken's etc.

He's also a ridiculous offensive talent. I never said he was the height of well schooled offense, though he has a very underrated Korean stylist jab.

I can see Harada overwhmkng Chang and Wilde getting to him. Possibly Arbachakov size and straight punching getting him too. Chang is a great force H2H from straw to fly. He'd give alot of people trouble or beat them.

And these are my thoughts from watching him and others. Not from Flea or anyone else. Tin ribs also thinks highly of Chang, and he's the best lower weight poster here IMO.

I will also say, Chang also seemed to get Wilder and more comfortable, more innovative maybe, as his career progressed.

Watch his 15th bout with former champ Alfonso Lopez. At only 18, Chang shows Korean textbook form alongside his talent. He already got much wilder by Zapata 1.

That very wildness h2hpfp in a good historical division gets him slaughtered. Look I see he is exciting. I have had his career set for 10 yrs. I followed him and Jiro from their beginnings by reading yhe greatest writer and historian on asian boxing the last 60 yrs. Joe Koizumi. His reports in the Ring were great. I just saw every fight and the rise and fall of asian oriental fighters thru the eyes and beautiful prose of the best ever. Bar none.

I can see him being a bad matchup for Canto. Canto would hit him a lot but has no power to stop him. Canto struggled with Betulio Gonzalez because Gonzalez was the type of fighter who just keeps coming and coming no matter what and with Canto's lack of power, Gonzalez eventually found him frequently. Chang could pose a similar type of problem for Canto.

Yes. Canto is unquestionably the greater fighter with the legacy, but I feel Chang beats him like Park did. Not exactly a one sided beating though.

Agreed. Chang is an exciting fighter though. And he lost to the best he fought.

Canto's just an awful, awful match-up for Chang. He'd have even less of a chance than Lopez - who might catch Chang and trouble him. Canto lacks the power to even deter Chang. I honestly think Chang would walk right through him in an even more lopsided way than Park did.
