I remember when Brock Lesnar called out Lennox Lewis and delusional WWE and MMA fans said that Lesnar will beat him in boxing match.

AJ by KO in 1 in boxing match.

With everything I know about MMA and UFC in particular, (and I love
the sport, it's behind only boxing, track and football for me),
I'd pick a top 30 boxing guy to wash anyone in the top 5 UFC HW's
    in a boxing match.

    Disclaimer: I love MMA.

AJ will beat the crap out of Dos Santos at boxing.

    That is all.

    Cain took his soul.
But i have to admit that HW fighters in MMA are far more impressive than HW boxers.
HW boxers are overrated and Dos Santos would have been a great prospect if he he would have developed his skills as a boxer.

He won't be happy until he's been knocked out in every sport: boxing, kickboxing, basketball, football, soccer, volleyball...

Wonder why mma guys say such nonsense. is it a ploy to get attention or something in hopes to garner a larger share of fans, therefore more money?. delusional at best.

AJ is the heavyweight mayweather in terms of being a lottery ticket to not only money, but to be the first man to beat the man everybody is talking about.

MMA guys are great at what they do.

Boxing is a subset of MMA, and I suspect that some of the better MMA strikers that tool their competitors with their hands start getting the idea that they could be good at boxing too. Well, maybe they could. If they weren't training kicking, takedown defence, throws, submissions, wrestling, jiujitsu etc for the same amount of time that they train their boxing, that is.

There's no sport in the world and no guy with so much talent that said competitor can waltz in, train a fifth of the time of everybody else and compete successfully at the top level. Just not happening.

    Edit: So yeah, delusional, imho.

BCS8.....totally correct. reminds me of when football players try to become combatants at a later age. they are strong , tough , and in shape but they just don't factor in the learning required. being in shape is only one, albeit an important facet of fighting. the skills just take so much longer and they don't have the time. Washington doing as well against Wilder is an exception.
