Makabu can be so lumbering, got clocked with a monster right hook. War Mchunu.

 

Really basic from Makabu so far, rarely setting his power punches up with a jab or feint and moving in straight lines.
He needs to up the intensity as this kind of pace seems to suit Mchunu more

Mchunu did good work to the body early and the head late.

 

What's making this fight a little difficult to score is that Mchunu starts fast slows down by the end of the round, while Makabu starts slow but picks it up in the last 30 seconds.
