It is a music hall which holds about 2,500 people. Not quite Caesar's Palace for Don King.

 

I love that kind of arenas where you can watch the fighters from updside, and close enough. We can see boxing way better than from ground level.

Like bigger cockfighting arenas.

This event is low budget, but the public is watching the fights like gods.

 

The guy who needs to control the bell is paying zero attention to the ring announcer

 

If these are the venues Makabu is headlining for his title defense, he'd be dumb not to fight Canelo for a payday

 

Kisner certainly has better opponents on his resume. he's gone up against Otto Wallin, Ryad Merhy and Lateef kayode among others. I'm not sure how much that matters if you haven't beaten any of them.

slow paced fight and with somewhat mediocre not-top skills, but a very smart fight. They are making a good fight, tbh, a very smart one, they both have very good ring IQ. They will never become #1p4p, but they really know what they are doing in the ring, that's for sure. I like the fight.

 

Kisner definitely has "opponent" mentality.
