Winner of Fury-Paul vs winner of Jack-Makabu? Once upon a time future fights were built like that or does that make too much sense?

 

Jake Paul is an interesting experiment of what happens when someone with athletic ability attempts boxing late in life with a heap of money and support behind them for education & training. Deontay Wilder started boxing late. Jake started way too late. To me, this is the appeal and makes him a true underdog.

 

with their experience it would be absolute BS for them to fight for a title. I get it'd be because of the money but what does that say for the integrity of the sport. They should climb the ranks like everyone else.

Yup true. Beyond all his antics and bluffing he has committed himself. Still a bit too many yes men in his team though and you CANNOT make up for real ring experience which he still lacks. Sparring only takes you so far. We'll see what both Tommy & Jake are made of though.

 

Bader seems to be a likable chap.

 

Anyone else see good value in Makabu at 1/2 (-200 for Americans)?

Jack is too faded to really challenge Makabu imo, the only thing that puts me off slightly is that Makabu is 13 months' inactive out of the ring whereas Jack went 10 full rounds a few months ago. Still though, think I might pull the trigger
