   I'm 17 turned this march... but the 2008 Junior Olypmics is on April. Can I still fight in the JO's?
   on the application idk what they mean when it says
   NOTE: IF YOU WILL BE 17 BEFORE 8/1/08, YOU ARE A SENIOR BOXER.

   Nope. Age determination is August 1st of this year. If you'll be 17 by then, if you're 17 now, it's a big no go. You could, however, have entered the Golden Gloves. But the JOs is for 15-16 year olds from what I remember.
