The old Witter would have but a 35-36 yr old Junior Witter im not too sure about!! He hasn't been any war but he rely's alot on reflexes and his reflexes are starting to fade.. I am unsure what route he's gonna take, he should look for some paydays and get out with his health in check:huh

If he adapts his style like Ryan Rhodes has, he still has a chance to do something. people are too quick to write people off on here. Both Alexander and Bradley are actually WORLD class.

And he lost to both Bradley and Alexander (Alexander hasn't proved himself to be true world class yet, he only has the win over Witter on his record at that level). If Witter is happy being a Euro level welterweight then that achievable but theres no way he can be a force at world class at 147 IMHO.

Physically who do you think is in better health and condition..? Hatton or Witter.

Even though Junior Witter is how old..? He is health wise, biologically & physiologically in better shape than Ricky Hatton.

I want to see Hatton vs Witter.

Ricky Hatton has abused his body.

Witter without a shadow of a doubt, he may have ended up in Prizefighter and declined, but he has been active, as have many fighters. So many "average" fighters are in a much better position and condition than Ricky Hatton coming back after 3 years out. That's why I'm saying, beating Paulie Malignaggi a second time, is the obvious path to go on, but it's not a "gimme" fight. Malignaggi has been active and took a world title in very good fashion against Senchenko.

I'm worried for Junior, I used to follow him quite a bit back in the day, but if you listen to him now, he doesn't seem very interested anymore, almost like half a sleep. Whether its boxing taking its toll, or he has fallen out of love, I don't know.

But it's not the same Witty Witter anymore, in the ring, or out.

I am 80% chatting ****, i actually think Ricky Hatton is and was a better fighter than Junior Witter.

But i do think Junior Witter is in physiologically..? better condition than Ricky Hatton.

Just looking at Ricky Hatton's face and body he looks like a recovering drug addict. I know everybody has got to get old, but Ricky Hatton is still relatively young and looks old for his age.

You only have to looik at guys like David Haye & Carl Froch.

Ricky Hatton's comeback will be interesting, the human body is designed to regenerate. The aging process is where the body slows down, and loser his ability to replace old cells with new cells. When you lead a lifestyle of drugs and booze, you are supplying your body with all the wrong nutrients to replace, build and repair.

I hope Ricky Hatton is living a Spartan like lifestyle. He cannot afford to slip into his old ways.

He needs to rejuvenate his body.

I respect Junior witter even though his style pissed me off at at times, i respect his discipline.

This Frankie Gavin is basically a weaker version of Ricky Hatton, what was with the fun-time tag..? Ricky Hatton's first career, was basically one big rave. And Ricky Hatton was the head DJ, he was the ambassador of the coke generation, and boy did he have a good time.

I liked this Junior Witter interview...

Man i always remember when Junior Witter intimidated the **** out of Hatton, during the BBC sports personality of the year.

The second rise of Ricky Hatton may have ignited his flame again.

I want him to beat Frankie Gavin.

Made a prediction years ago on esb that Hatton - Witter will happen but not when either is a world champ, itll be when they are both done and have no better options.
