Announced to be on Cleverly's undercard. I think Gavin should win but their styles together looks like a stinker of a fight to me, I can't see it being entertaining at all.
I hope Gavin does the job and moves on up

    Thoughts?

I've got a feeling it will have a few flash KD's but be a messy awkward fight. I remember Robin Reid vs Brian Magee having a few flash KD's but not much action. Lots of headclashing and mauling and jittery work . I sense this will be the same with both offsetting each other and Witter dragging Gavin into a maulfest.

Odd KD, Odd sporadic bit of action and rest of it with the ref stepping in and demanding action as he sweats like a Pig under the lights..

This will be worse then Haskins/Broadhurst.

Junior Witter for me is not an exciting fighter like the same i think of Andre Ward but good at what he does so you can't argue. I think Gavin to win by a comfortable UD

Horrible fight for a guy going for first major title, Frankie will have to be mentally prepared to adapt and put up with little niggles and vet moves. It's a fight with low output and lots of posing and posturing.

It's going to take a mature display to win, it's a tough test IMO even if Junior isn't the fighter he once was he still can make it very hard work for people..

Could be as ugly as Witter's Prizefighter final. Gavin will be chasing him for a good while!

Aw god I hope theres a Witter interview in the build-up.

He is the most boring, uncharismatic chap ever.

"Yeah you know, I'm still young, I live the life, I can be a world champ again" - words uttered in every JW interview of recent times

More than likely for one reason or another

If it does happen it wont be a fan friendly affair, an ugly 12 round spoilfest which noone will want to see.

It has borefest written all over it, even in his prime Witter wasn't good to watch, always had a horrible style, it will ask a few questions of Gavin but a boring spectacle never the less.

Witter is an insomniacs dream, but Gavin is also about as exciting as a wet april weekend in Allhallows.

Seriously, 'Funtime' is the most ridiculous nickname for a fighter since Johnny 'The Entertainer' Nelson didn't entertain anyone at all.

How can anyone claim that BN is 'only a pint a week' when you're going to need some serious amount of booze and/or powerful narcotics to get through 12 rounds of this?
