Everyone was banging on, saying that it was the biggest fight since Nigel Benn Vs Chris Eubank. I disagreed with that, because Junior Witter vs Ricky Hatton was the biggest fight in biggest boxing that could be made, and still today i think it is the biggest fight. Because it is not just a fight on paper, it is a real fight i believe. Like when you are kids at school, and you offer someone a straighter. "The good old days of straightners" I believe Junior Witter has always believed he could beat Ricky Hatton, on the streets in the ring, beat him anywhere. I always remember BBC sports personality of the year show, and when Junior Witter looked as if he was gonna twat Ricky Hatton. There was tension in Ricky Hattons body and dare i say it......fear. I still want to see this fight, and that is why i want to see Junior Witter go on rampage. He has the tools and ability, so he just needs to do it..the time is now.
Witter would have to dramatically regain his belt and go after a few more before Hatton would even have to entertain the thought of fighting him. The loss to Bradley set him back tremendously.
Its pretty much over now , For Witter he needs to stay busy and get the W's .If not he will end up like Vivian Harris quick .

I think Harris just scored a KO last month ..But his loss to of all people Carlos Maussa dropped him from rising prospect at 140 to lurking pond scum in minutes .. Witter should seek a new trainer and start focusing if fundimental boxing ..All that Prince Naseem mess will make his comeback shortlived .And Hatton with Mayweather would have a field day with that style ..Assuming they stay together after the Malinaggi fight .

Yes, he won recently. Harris was dropped first and they say the stoppage was premature of his opponent. The opponent wants a rematch and Harris said no.
who cares at this point it is a over the hill the fight witter is past his prime and so is hatton..i think hatton is so more than witter this fight has lost its interest for me
