Seriously though, take better food with you so you don't have to. Smoothies, trail mix, something like that.

    thats pretty much it! lol

I wouldnt say i NEVER eat junk but when im training especially i eat very little.
I have a good mate of mine who trains aswell but his will power is awful. And he just eat rubbish all the time then whinges about it afterwards lol
You do get used to it. If started eating not so well again lately since being injured and you start to crave crap again. When i was eating clean you get to the point where you dont want junk anyways

I ate a chocolate bar with hazelnuts about a week ago. Before that I think I did about three weeks without anything that I would consider a "cheat meal". The urge to eat crap simply disappears if you just discipline yourself for a while.

yeh it does i need to get back into it. Not even for training, i can honestly say i still dont eat badly especially compared to most people i know. But even slacking the little bit i have iv had every cough and cold going and have so much less energy than i did! Owel got 4 weeks coming up with my old man in australia and he eats very well....unfortunately a lot of beer will be drunk too!

What I like to do is pick a day when I'm pulling an all-nighter, and just eat all the junk food in the house. Then I tell my mom not to buy that stuff any more because I will eat it all and she'll just be wasting her money.

Also, my sisters have no tastycakes to take in their lunchboxes to school now. I like to think i took one for the team. My stomach hurts a little bit right now. I'll run it off in the next couple days? I think your body stops absorbing junk food if you eat enough of it. Kinda like when you hit the wall and just can't get any more high or drunk. I hope.

    1. Eat five to seven meals per day
    2. Eat protein at every meal
    3. Get most of your carbs in the morning
    4. Eat a healthy amount of good fats
    5. Have a lot of protein and carbs after a training session
    6. Don't stress out

Discipline. Discipline. Discipline. Commit yourself to cutting junk food out of your diet and stick to it. C'mon man, this isn't a major sacrifice and boxing, as a sport, requires a lot of discipline anyway. Just make it happen. Trust me...I've seen guys go vegan just to stay in a particular weight class so this is nothing.

try substitute the fast food with a homemade

i love burgers but when i was training i would get someone (my sister) to make me homemad burgers using fresh ingredients, i would then bring it and put it in the freezer at mine.
