The King Dragon seems sincerely grandiose with punching power to protect his ego, unlike the guy who showed up for a meal ticket...So it will not be an easy fight for any Heavyweight champion...I give Zhang a puncher chance vs any heavyweight champion, assuming that all Zhang has is power

Man there isn't a single video and all of his fights are somehow private. If you are the manager of this fighter ,you would like to make him famous. Who invests in him and who pays his opponents?

Plus I am not saying the guy can't box or whatever. The current story with his fight from last night was suspicious. I am fine with him getting a title shot, but no one will give him one because he is not worth the risk and there is no profit. China is a huge country , he can be promoted and boosted very easily.

Earlier today Chinese fight fans in Beijing saw Heavyweight puncher Zhang Junlong (19-0, 19) [张君龙] figth for the 5th time this year, and he took a minor step up in class as he faced off with former Cruiserweight world champion Victor Emilio Ramirez (22-4-1-1, 17).

Specific details of the bout have been hard to find, though from what has been made available showed that Ramirez was horribly out of shape, and had seemingly come into the bout with next to no notice. He was looking looking fat, and like a man who was there to collect a cheque, rather than looking to get his career back on track.

As mentioned details of the result aren't very clear but reports are that the Chinese fighter set a high pace and Ramirez was down early, and stopped early on. Sadly it's unclear from those reports what round the bout was stopped in but all the reports make it clear that Junlong won by stoppage.

After the bout Junlong stated he was incredibly "happy" about the win over a fighter like Ramirez and seemed to suggest that he was chasing a bout with global superstar Anthony Joshua, and his WBA world title. It's worth noting that this was Zhang's 6th defense of the WBA Oceania title.

Asian heavyweight NO.1 contender Zhang Junlong from Qingdao China knocked out former IBF/WBO cruiserweight world champion Victor Ramirez inside a round last night in Beijing China.

Zhang put the argentinian down twice with vicious body shots and Ramirez was badly hurt, never get up. Referee Ferlin Marsh stopped the one-sided fight at 1:36 in the opening round. This was the sixth WBA Oceania heavyweight title defence for Zhang, who knocked out all the challengers in one or two rounds.

With the win, Zhang has a new record 19-0, 19KOs, all fights in 5 rounds or less.
