Junto Nakatani born January 2nd, 1998 is a 5'7 Flyweight with a 21-0 16 KO's record. Born in Inabe-gun, Mie and fighting out of Sagamihara, Kanagawa, Japan. Perhaps the best fighter from Japan that Americans and Europeans haven't heard of yet. Already picking up 2 solid scalps with his KO wins over a slightly wartorn Milan Melindo and an absolute prime beast in the heavy handed Filipino Giemel Magramo, who he dissected in a shockingly one sided brilliant pugilistic display. He's a rangy southpaw, with very fluid footwork, a pulverizing jab, a thudding straight left and uppercut, quality punch selection, and he has power in both hands, also he seems to possess a fairly decent set of whiskers, he took Magramo shots quite well. He's a big dude for the weight division, and will probably fill out quite well at Super Fly and possibly even Bantamweight. And yes, this is one of the guys I fully believe in and I think he's more than capable of becoming a top player in any division he settles in. So keep an eye out for the Kanagawa Battering Ram in action. I love Southpaws. And flyweights. And weird lines above Os. And inabe-guns. I also particularly love Nakas. Count me in!

He's legit. I see a star in the making with this kid. Even on his ascent to title contention he cleared out the domestic scene at flyweight which is very strong in Japan. Thought he'd be the goods and glad to see he's panning out that way. Him Vs El Rey is one of the biggest Pickems in boxing for me atm. Both serious boxer punchers with varied and unique skillsets.
How does he possibly make 112? He's 23 too, and looked good boxing on a 100 degree day. I'm ridiculously hyped by his performance against Acosta. He would be a most welcome addition at 115, so someone needs to slip him a sugar packet.
