Feel a bit sorry for Nishida here I'm not sure whether the eye injury was caused by a punch or a head clash and he's tough and really game it will be a shame if they wave it off due to the injury

That eye was getting into Denis Lebedev territory.

    Round 3 Nakatani 10-9
    Round 4 Nakatani 10-9
    Round 5 Nakatani 10-9
    Round 6 Nakatani 10-9

Ref waves it off. TKO victory for Nakatani. And now the unified bantamweight champion of the world.

He certainly landed many of them but I'm not sure if it was initially caused by a head clash or not

Nishida was very game and incredibly brave but he was just dealing with someone a class above him and who has sledgehammers for hands. Can't wait for Inoue-Nakatani.

Probably, but Inoue has show to be vulnerable in two fights now at 122, and Nakatani is a big boy himself. Plus Inoue is 32 now, so he is going to be slowing down soon, while Nakatani himself is in his physical prime.
I think it will be a fantastic fight.
