A lot of people are now saying Khan is overrated, Bradley would school him and KO him etc.

Me personally I just think it was a combination of bad preperation and distractions, underrating Mcloskey and Mcloskey pretty much spoiling and being awkward as opposed to trying to win the fight.

    Thoughts........

Khan put in a bad performance, his worst for a while. McCloskey was also intent on spoiling, This resulted in a garbage fight.

khan is and alwqays has been overrated...a clash of heads stopped this fight...khan barely beat maidana...a VERY shopworn 34 year old Morales handled him quite well..khan is overhyped...McCloskey would have/will finish him in ANY rematch...khan looked happy the fight was over, as did roach

Khan will be happy knowing he came off best after a headbutt. He's gonna need this in the Bradley fight.

I think there might be something in what McCloskey said about Khan struggling to make 140.

Khan didnt seem as fast tonight and his combo's lacked that pop and and explosiveness that they usually have, even in the last couple of rds against Maidana he looked better and quicker than at any point tonight.

Think he might be wise to bypass Bradley and head straight to 147 if getting to 140 results in the Khan of tonight showing up

He didnt put on a world class performance, he put on a shite performance, probably his worst ever.

he still won every round though, and there's no reason to suggest that would have changed

Khans never been an elite level fighter yes hes got extremely fast hands and i know hes only 24 but i feel he will always lose at the very top he can beat the Maidanas and Paulie Malliniagis but the win over Maidana dosent look as great now with the Morales fight and as Michael Gomez says Khans a world class fighter with world class vulnerabillitys.

If you take away those 6 rounds that he lost McCloskey was winning the fight by a country mile!

Its difficult to look good against a southpaw who remains out of range pretty much all of the fight, and rarely throws.

Khan did his job, he looked a lot better against Maidana a few months ago, I think thats a better assessment of his level, no?

Saw the fight on HBO, cannot believe how much has been said about his performance, it was not that bad.
