Im not really into thread making just wanted to **** some of the guys that were talking smack about Cotto. To me the fight was about even. I just saw it again on DVR and had it 115-112 for Cotto. It was NO gift a hard fought fight, which made Cotto even tougher in my eyes. I think Cotto is the toughest Welter out there, with the most heart. And if it wasn't for the cut Cotto would have knockout Clottey. I saw Clottey Kinda weak in the late rounds and making excuses to deduct a point. But what do u guys think either way I saw an amazing fight congrats to Cotto.

Agreed. Cotto clearly won this fight. I also had it 115-112. Frankly, I don't see how you would have it any closer than 114-113 for him, what with Cotto winning the last two rounds and getting that knockdown.

I had it 114-113 Cotto, without the extra point on the flash knockdown in round 1 ( a round clottey was winning up to that point) cotto would have lost

Some of Clottey's antics were pathetic,Cotto had a huge cut caused by an headbut and he never complained Clottey gets a small tap on the back on the head and almost started crying.

Clottey is a crybaby. He said he thinks the Cotto body slam gave him nerve damage in his back with effected him throughout the fight.

I think cotto won because of the last round. I dont know what clottey was thinking in the 12th round. He should have come out and be aggressive and try to win the last round.

I do think they need a rematch and this time it should be in las vegas so it can be fair. There was no way in hell that one judge scored it 116-111. No freaking way. 115-113 or 114-113 would have been fair.

As far as clottey crying he had a right to cry. He was body slam-hit in the back of the head and hit with a low blow. All these happen and not one point was taken away:patsch.
