Bernard has proven that speed is his achilles heel. Stylistically this fight favors Roy and Bernard knows it.

I tend to agree, with Hopkins hitting and holding it gives Roy a chance to land as Hopkins comes in. Roy has the quicker hands still IMO.

I still think Hopkins will win though, Jones has lost to lesser guys because he gets lazy on the ropes.

Just don't know, but my feeling is that Jones is going to pull it off.

Oh my god. How many times! Its not a payday FFS!

Hopkins wants the fight purely for revenge only. He would probably take the fight for free.

Jones wants the fight to redeem himself.

Those are the reasons. Why cant people see this. They are both fighting for their dignity. Something way more important than cash!

Why am i the only one who sees this?

Hopkins puts on a show for every single fight.
    He is 100% a businessman.

    Don't be so gullible.
You think he actually hated winky enough to push him?

    Come on, dude.

He jumped rope and did padwork

    . . . . .

RJJ is a shell of his former self and this fight is irrelevant to boxing. Its a televised grudge match, nothing more.

this fight ultimately comes down to which hopkins shows up, the executioner or the boxer. if hopkins comes in and rough houses jones and fights on the inside, he wins easy. if he boxes jones on the outside, jones could remain the only person to ever decisively beat hopkins. in all of hopkins's other losses, he still dished out the most punishment but lost to work rate (which is a bull **** way to lose if your opponent is winning because of ineffective aggression). but jones has the speed to beat hopkins if the fight is one punch at a time. don't forget hopkins is 45!!!!

Last time i checked, Bernard beat #1 SMW, had a close fight with #1SMW and won against #1LHW
and Jones is still a top five light heavy weight.

I hope Jones wins. This fight is only to satisfy Hopkins ego.
