    Ive heard Roach say he hasn't been able to contact Pacquiao before, like when there were issues with the Pacquiao/Hatton negotiation.

    cause at first roach said "we'll take whatever test he wants us to take" and then it was " we dont wanna get tested on fight night so we need a 3(or 5) day cut off window" and now pacquiao wants a 24 day cut off window. what is roach suppose to say now? he can't spin it anymore.

    Good point. He's probably distancing himself from Pac in the event that he does get caught, he can say he was not involved.

    Roach has already had a roids scandal blow up under watch when James Toney lost his portion of the Heavyweight Crown after testing positive after his fight with Ruiz.
