    Not a hugging post whatsoever
as everyone know I thought JMM won the fight because of the 12th round and scored it 114-113

I just thought of something amazing..Pac has fought JMM, MAB, Morales a total of7 times!!! and not once has he hit the canvas!!

These guys arent exactly chicken feed in the power department and even if one can argue that Erik for example was past prime..Power is the last thing to go.

Thats just ****in incredible when you think about it...youd think with the wars they waged youd assume PAc would be down a couple of times at some point.

Just bringin that up because I just thought its an interesting fact

I see everyone giving kudos to JMM and deservedly so ..But kudos to Pac as well..thats a testament to his chin

Pac can take a hell of a shot, no question. He is stunned by clean punches, but comes right back. WARRIOR!

There were a few times I was sure Marquez was going to stop him due to the physical force behind a punch and the distance with which it flung Manny across the ring. Pacquiao's whiskers are CARBINE.

I mean think of the KO ratio for these guys..and a few fights have gone the distance ..youd think with the way PAc gets hit that hey..its ok to take a knee once or twice but zero! Thats is just mind boggling when you think about it

Yeah, Pac's recovery rate and overall heart/toughness is amazing. He's been hurt in these fights, but he always takes it and comes back. You can't be as successful with his style as he is unless you have such incredible toughness.

BTW, I appreciate that you really aren't a nuthugger at all. :D I thought the fight was a clear Marquez victory, but I wouldn't call someone who scored it 114-113 Pac a nuthugger. You scored it for Marquez, so you're obviously not biased at all.. in the past if I called you a nuthugger or put you in the group of johnco and PacDBest I apologize.

A bit out of topic but that liver shot on pac on the 8th round would have put anyone down... i almost thought he was about to neal when that punch connected. Not only he has solid chin he also developed his body... his kOs in past where both body shots (some claim it was a low blow)

Goes to show us that young boxers has much more fragile components and gradually improves as they mature.

Pac was KO'd when he was 17/18. Now he's 29 and never been dropped despite fighting top caliber opposition and getting tagged by clean shots.

I'm worried about Pacquiao though. His toughness and chin have helped him absorb tremendous amounts of clean, precise, accurate punches to the face.

If you heard him in the post-fight interview, he was out of it and couldn't put his sentences together. Marquez really hurt him bad, despite losing the decision.

Extreme confidence in his chin might be one of the reasons PAC seems fearless in the ring!
