i think pac blocked some of the right straight but not the left hook though. pac was off-balanced when he got hit by the left hook. but his very good chin and big tree trunk legs certainly helped him here.

He does have massive legs for his size...I think that helps his power more than his staying up abilities

that was a great very unorthodox overhand left by pac. he ducked jmm's left hook and countered with that punch. that's why he's so exciting to watch. :D

Pac has a chin like granite. Even when stunned, he gets his composure back quickly. If he is ever KO'd it will be from a sustained body attack first. You cant head hunt him to a KO.

Pacquiao has showed a remarkable chin from 122 up.

Considering that he takes flush counter shots and the speed at which he steps in, yet is still able to stay up is remarkable. Except for way early in his career, I don't think I've seen him KD'ed yet.

To further put it in perspective..Jaendeng (Levuano fight) was often commended for his iron chin and I recall Lampley mentioned that how impressive JMM must be to have knock Jandeang out. Well that just puts PAc in a different level

Good observation....I think Lampley mentioned that JMM had Jaedeng out of there by the 7th round.
