Can't express how disappointed I am with Zab. For one, I guess hype/styles makes fights but the suggestion that this is a competitive fight irks me.

History tells us that when the going gets tough Zab comes up short. Now to make matters ridiculously worse rather than focus his attention on his opponent Danny Garcia, Judah's got a hard on with Garcia's father!

Therein lies the problem and the compounded conclusion that he doesn't have a chance to overcome his opponent tonight. No amount of words or fisticuffs with Angel Garcia is going to change the fact that he's fighting Danny who - trust me - is focused and well aware of who he's fighting tonight!

All that wasted energy is not going to help Judah known to gas in the championship rounds.

    Just my mof**king opinion.

Zab was selected to fight Danny for a reason, same reason as Morales. They're not letting this kid lose until he fights Broner.

Furthermore, Danny's fighting Lamont Peterson's mando in Zab, and Lamont is fighting Danny's mando in Matthyse.

Yeah he only makes it harder for himself, Judah is a live dog in the 140lb division but can't kick it with the top 4 fighters.

I dont believe so, but you make good point, a build up for 2 unbeaten guys, a big match up broner vs diaz would be a awesome fight. but lets not forget there are bigger things. pac is still around and dispete the loss still very very dangerous. floyd has 6 fights to do and his scared ass wont go to 154 for canelo, so he will stay at 147. i see mayweather vs broner or pacquiao vs broner, broner vs bardley.

Throw that out the window. Judah out boxed and barely won against a green Matthyse in his first step up fight (2nd in the US) and Matthyse was outboxed again by Alexander, in a close fight. Garcia's style would be more favorable to Matthyse.

Alot has happened since two and half years ago. The now 35 year old Judah completely fell apart against Khan and the now 30 year old Matthyse obliterated quality fighters in Soto and Olusegun.

Garcia has enough quality wins through his career to prove he's no Paris. Judah will need a stoppage to win and that's unlikely.

I don't know if they are steering Danny Garcia towards Adrien Broner, but they sure as hell see something in Garcia. I don't really know what Garcia's big fight would be because Adrien Broner is not much of a draw; he could barely sell 2,000 tickets in his last fight. Regardless, Zab Judah did get a win over Matthysse; on paper, the man is dangerous.

It was his 3rd fight in America and his 28th fight overall and he was 28 years of age.

    He was not "green"

I knew his first fight with Castaneda was in the US, didn't know he had one before that.

Either way, those were small fights relative to the Judah fight which was a big step up in class for a guy who spent the vast majority of his career fighting low level competition in Argentina and who hadn't faced a boxer of the level of Zab.

My final point, Matthyse has improved since the Judah fight and represents a much more dangerous opponent to Garcia than the present version of Judah, who is there to feed the emerging cash cow status of Garcia. Judah is a faded fighter, regularly lost big fights, yet still has a big name, particularly in the area this fight is taking place.

Zab might do well for 2-3 rounds, but there is no way he doesn't get stopped tonight.

Zab has all the tools to out box danny. I see him winning the first 3/4 rounds, from there danny will adjust and start to time Zab. Zab is mentally weak, once the going gets tough he will look for a way out. He just showing up for a paycheck, but fighting in his home town may motivate him to keep it together.

I think that zab has a better chance than people are giving him, he is a top athlete with incredible handspeed...he can definitely make it a difficult night for anyone. Garcia is not a defence wizard so there will be chances for Zab to score.

Don't be surprised if you start to see garcia's named mentioned as a Mayweather opponent. If Garcia Ko's Judah he will become 27-0 with 3 staright KO's. He has the appeal and a story line with crazy Angel.

A Garcia loss to Mayweather does not hurt his career.
