    :good

Glad you had fun over here. Our politics and our politicians may be flawed, but by and large, America is still full of some very decent, down to earth people. I'm glad you met a few.

I knew this would be a tough fight for Taylor. Call Froch slow and unathletic all day, but he's a big, strong super middleweight with power, a chin, and an uncannily relaxed style. Fights with Bute and Kessler will be fantastic.

Can't agree more. I'll never remember Taylor as a great fighter, but he is one of the great gentlemen of the sport.

I agree he was no where near his best, but great fighters pull out the win even on an off night

Well done for making the trip over to back Carl, I imagine the early rounds made for uncomfortable viewing though.

Froch seemed so nervous and very stiff, stiffer than usual the occasion seemed to get to him with the partisan crowd.

It was an amazing turn-around, I didn't see it coming anywhere near in the first ten rounds.

I bet the finish blew you away!! (and quietened the crowd :good)

Taylor has always been a class act as a man. I've always liked the way he conducts himself

Agreed, whilst Froch was very impressive in the press conference, the back stage pics relayed to the crowd just before the entrances, Carl DID look very nervous. Believe me, he can fight much better than that, and this fight will improve him no end, especially now he realises even the hardest chin can be dented.

And yes, for me the ending outdid anything I've ever witnessed in sport

Hard to argue against the last two rounds.

Very true and the all too familiar and typical ignorant view Americans have towards Brit fighters
