..doesn't mean we can't enjoy them as fans of the sport.

So many of you guys spend too much time hating on guys and trying to find flaws too ever just step back and enjoy the show.

    It's entertainment, remember that.

If a guy isn't world class, he must suck.

I love watching ESPN type talent or regional talent. Doesn't matter to me if they lack elite skills. Just to get a ranking or compete on a respectable level is something to be proud of.

Of course I'll be objective when analyzing fights between them and higher class fighters. But it doesn't take away from my enjoyment.

It's still early to weigh in on Berto. He has to fight someone better than a mediocre Eurochump to prove his worth. Will he do it? I don't know. I can't say I wouldn't be surprised if he took a fight with Clottey, Cintron, or Judah and got clobbered. We'll just have to see...

The world of Boxing needs it's Gatti's; it's entertainers. Sometimes fighters are too good, and they make for **** matches against each other.

    Define world class.

A guy like Gatti won world belts at different weight classes and was in Top10 lists for many years.

I don't know. I can't enjoy the gatti/ward fights as much as the barrera/morales fights. I think the amazing skills in the latter keep my attention a lot more. And when a world class guy like say dlh or mayweather tears up a fighter like gatti its not as interesting either.

It is possible to have really entertaining fights without elite level fighters. It just takes great match making.

lol, they aren't boxing fans. They're little girls that got their fingers so far up their ****s that when a fighter losses or doesn't live up to expectations they have an orgasm and start spewing out all their **** on boxing forums.

I ****ing Hate everyone that does this, why? Because they expect the highest, act tough - yet never been in a boxing ring.

one of the most enjoyable fights i have ever seen was between two no hopers both with losing records but decent skills and huge hearts. at the fabulous forum years back. they put on one helluva back and forth fight with both fighters putting on one great fight. they fought for the love of the sport, and for the fans

true boxing fans can appreciate all levels of fighters from the no hopers to the elite.
