Just curious, do you think it was proven that Fury cheated with PEDS, or no?

Well, yeah, but you are leaving out the biggest part. UKAD was afraid of getting sued because they knew that they would lose, because their actions were both inexplicable and indefensible.

Taking something to court is not a trick. The courts are there to redress wrongdoing. Fury had a legal right to sue them, and they knew they were on the wrong end of things.

Did he take peds? obviously, he also outright refused to be tested once, which is determined to be equal to failing a test.
Did UKAD fawk up? obviously, because that's what their "normal" is.
Did Fury get off easily? obviously, because that's "normal" in boxing.

    The premise that a
The notion that all athletes of a certain degree of success must be liars & cheats is a completely unfair premise that you provided zero support for.
Granted many must have at least dabbled, but just assuming guilt is as unfair & unreasonable as assuming nobody who was not caught ever cheated-or that most who are popped are innocent.

Oh while many fain muscle illegally, as a long term natural weightlifter who has read a good amount about these things I can tell you that some who are in excellent shape can gain muscle.
You really believe that the best trainers, science & nutrition cannot add bulk naturally to someone with good or great genetics? Even when programs are tailored to things such as not overdoing eviscerating cardiovascular work but mire intense brief bursts of cycled traiining (akin to the demands of 3 minute rounds). If so, your faith based cynicism is akin to the naivete of "I have a bridge to sell you".

Take Lennox Lewis. 6' 5", already very fit & successful when in the 220s.
You really believe he needed to take PEDs to reach a pretty lean 240's? His large/long frame did not even look that bulky, but he added a lot of muscle.

It's more likely than not that both he and Hughie were on the sauce IMO and I wouldn't be surprised if he was on something now. I think most top athletes in most sports are so that coupled with his 'adverse findings' and legal skullduggery make him a prime suspect.

Still a good boxer, you can't fake skill.
