Not sure of your point- only because so many posts here to see your position.

Allow me: I think 3G has been a champ for sure, just as Hopkins was old and predictable. We knew he'd clinch, maul, play the ref then counter with pot-shots and still made history.

I see 3G predictable in that we know what he will do, use his power, place pressure. He won't dance, clinch, yet he is still successful at it. Had some wins that are questionable, like many before his time have had.

Canelo isn't young, but has more left in the tank, I think? In that sense Canelo on paper has the upper hand.
Realistic? It is anyone's fight. Personally I'm rooting for 3G.

 

How good is Canelo without the juice & the corruption ? I;m afraid we'll never know
