The problem they all have against fury is he offsets them with his movement plus he can punch on the move. When you look at it...chisora failed to land anything...hammer failed to land anything...klitchko failed to land anything. Theres a pattern going on there. Not only are they failing to get combinations off...their also failing to get single shots off as well. Joshua has a better shot than the three of them...but its a bit harder than just throw combinations. Its furys ability to punch on the move that gives him the upperhand in the initial exchange. Most of them need to plant their feet. You need to find a way to cut the ring off first. Corner him then throw combinations. Without cutting off the ring he,ll beat you to the punch. Plus fury knows this...he,ll stay out the corner...even if he is cornered or goes to the corner hes good enough at tying up making you use your energy etc.
Fury is not leg lazy like Ruiz and A.J will not have reach advantage over Fury like he had vs Ruiz. 41 y.o Klitschko in pre retirement shape and 38/39 y.o approx 225 lbs Povetkin are not even close to Fury. Fury is large and with good reach, might come in at 270 lbs and Fury does have good clinch skills and high IQ there too. Fury also moves pretty smoothly, he isn't leg lazy and moves like he is approx 220 lber. Difficult fight, due to better legs and large reach/ size Fury already is less comfortable opponent than Ruiz. There also weight 270 lbs (?) and looks that Fury is smart.
Fury definitely outboxed him but honestly people talk about the fight like fury mentally obliterated him and severely outclassed him in the ring and scarred him for life or some bull. All i see is klitschko not throwing any punches because fury was too awkward and had the reach and speed advantage. Klitschko himself uses his size against most of his opponents so he wasn't able to do it this time and he's already naturally gunshy so this fight never really impressed me.
Wlads reflexes were gone when he fought Fury who played spoiler from bell to bell. Fury won't be able to fight the same fight against Joshua
Fury was about to be KOed in the end of round 12. He barely completed the match. Unfortunately, Klitschko solved his style too late. He would definitely KO Fury in the rematch and Fury knew it and ducked Klitschko twice.
Talking horse radish. He didn't solve anything Fury walked at Wlad for most of round 12 by choice. He threw 12 punches before Wlad even threw 1 at the start of the round.
I agree. However, I don't believe he can beat Joshua if he fights him like he fought Wilder and I don't think he can win if he tries to fight him like he fought Wlad so how does he win
Fury might improve. Actually Fury is rare case that he might learn even during fight and adjust game. Fury of course also will prepare for fight. Smart fighters prepare for each opponent differently and there are trainers and team. Team task in high level professional boxing is to study next opponent and prepare guy for this fight. This means adjust gameplan, training and so on. Fury looks that is enough diligent, he most likely too will watch fights and study in depth. Dude if motivated looks that might be really diligent and hardworking boxer.
They fought like 2 old guys with no stamina. At least Wlad was actually old. Fury is 15 years younger than him.
AJ will get his ears boxed off by fury Fury reigns right now. Too big too skilled too mobile and too fast for anyone else in the division
