Just finished watching Buatsi Vs Richards

    Pretty clear win for Buatsi.

    It was competitive through the first 6 but clearly Buatsi was landing the cleaner more consistent shots. The last 6 were scrappier and I think Richards took a share of them however none of the rounds he won were super clearly his.

    Buatsi beat Richards more definitely than Bivol did.

    Was a highly competitive fight but Buatsis physicality and aggression got him through .. he's far from the finished article though and I don't think he's anywhere near as good as some of the British media have made him out to be..

    That is absolute BS

    Bivol cruised in that fight barely got out of second gear & nearly won every round whereas Buatsi gave everything , the Russian would make easy work of Bustsi he's tailor made for him

    Bivol literally coasted and was coming from a long layoff. The later rounds looked like he was barely trying while Buatsi gave everything and got hurt

    Do you exist in an alternative reality?
    The reality I'm in I scored it 7-5 Richards despite the commentary team doing their best to imply it was a shut out for Buatsi.
    He seems like a decent fella but he would get wrecked by the top 3 at Light Heavy at this point.

    Inactive rusty Bivol who looked much smaller schooled Richards whilst in cruise control

    10-2 type of fight

    Richards was hitting arms and gloves all night

    Buatsi went life and death against Richards and was badly hurt by him, and Richards stupidly fought his fight and let his machismo get the better of him

    Even Buatsi super fan E-Hearn scored it 115-113 for Buatsi :facepalm:

    Remember how E-Hearn kept saying he wanted Usyk vs AJ II over in the UK?

    Not what the unified HW champion of the world Usyk wanted who despite being way smaller and giving away huge physical advantages, being inactive, and having come over here and whopped AJ's ass in his backyard in the first fight on a deck which was heavily stacked against him it was about what E-Hearn wanted. He kept saying it all the time.

    But he wouldn't even entertain the notion of Whyte travelling over to road warrior Povetkin's backyard for the rematch even though Povetkin was the interim champ, had fought four of his last five fights in the UK (Price, AJ, Hughie and Whyte - the other one was Hunter in Saudi), had sparked Whyte out cold in his backyard, and Povetkin was shot and on his last legs and thoroughly deserved a home fight.

    What happened the only time in his career AJ did that ^^^

    I wouldn't be concerned. If Bivol and Buatsi meet, Bivol will win too handily to be swindled.
