He's no Mike Tyson thats for sure...and he hangs out in the same burger joints as James Toney it appears. I'd pick Wlad over him if it ever happens...and most definately Vitali.

Why? He was just as impressive in the fight as unimpressive he was at the weigh-in. Funny thing is, he looks like **** but beats the **** out of you. Do not overlook his abilities, he's pretty FAST for his current weight, I like his combos, and his body punching was very impressive. I don't know if he can be better than this, I mean ever, but he belongs to the lower top10, and at least he can give us some exciting fights on the top15 level. Losses are overrated, so what if he gets a few. He puts on fan-friendly performances, that's something we should be excited about.

Perhaps my opinion is coming from the fact he's overweight.. I just can't see how someone who trains hard in the gym can come out like that. I'm not expecting him to be ripped like the more lean David Haye but we as fans don't want to see fat plods pounding each other.. do we?

Erm I agree with you though, while heavyweight fights do look like slow motion these days he is more exciting than the vast majority.
