Boxed Ears' mental state steadily deteriorated after GOAT ATG champ Sugar Nikolai Valuev retired and left HW boxing without a hero and in shambles as a result.

edit: ok just realized this guy isn't the real BoxedEars

Golovkin has really good power, but it's his timing that I am most impressed with!!!

Chavez Jr. Put him on ***** Street. Martinez wouldn't last 3 rounds.

BE's performance in this thread makes me long for a prime ESB again.

I love Curtis look of horror whilst on his back

He was very close to having his lights completely turned out.

He looked good but let's wait until he is pushed hard in a competitive out before making broad statements of how good he is. It's always easy to look impressive when winning every round and not being challenged.

GG is going to be wearing that same face if he keeps backing-out with his hands down.

    That is a bad habit for any fighter....especially a 31 y/o 7 year veteran.

Manny falls-in with his hands down...GG falls-out with his hands down..:deal

    Case in point:

At the end of the 4th round
Stevens fires off the ropes and drives GG across the ring.
Golovkin's hands are down the whole time....chin right there on a TEE.

GG can punch and has a good chin but so did Librado Andrade.
No chin in the world overcomes defensive liabilities for long.

Another glaring flaw in golovkin's game is.... he puts ALL his weight on his front foot and is terrible off the back leg.

None of that mattered last night, but it's there just the same ,and is not going away.:deal

Prime Andrade in a weak division would be a beast.
