Yeah just finished a few hours ago heres how I did. First make nothing happened for about 20 secounds until he accidentally poked me in the eye which blinded me a good 10 secounds the ref was like you wanna take a break im like "na sir im good". Once I got my sight back he tried to shoot I caught him in a Guillintine with 1 arm in I immeditaley pulled guard and started working the choke but I relized with one arm I remember learning the move you gotta turn it almost like a clock I started doing that my opponet rolled to his side which just made things worse and he tapped out I won.

2nd bout same thing happened I saw the Guillintine opening took it and pulled guard but this time he was tucking his chin good so the move was that tight I didnt wanna just gas out trying the impossible so I let it go grabbed a underhook and tried to work guard. I tried a sweep once almost got it but he was pretty strong he then stood up and tried the knee in the butt pass but I chopped him down back into guard. I was close to a Triangle attempt but I just could get that one arm out and he used my failure there to pass to side control he held long enough to get his points. I got him back to guard for about a secound before he moved to north south then I rolled to all fours and pulled guard agian the Guillintine agian was there and I had control of the neck this time but I just couldnt get the legs wraped around I was kinda stock in half guard. He won on points and I took home 3rd place.

Losing sucks but it was a nice experience and ill learn from it and improve cant wait till another one.

Thanks I tried my best thats all I really can do next time im bringing a ****ing snack man I got so weak inbetween fights all I had today was bowl of cereal. Made no difference he probablly wins anyway the harder I couldve went I think the harder he wouldve went he just seemed to be trying to get the win without to much danger which I suppose is better then one guy I seen get a takedown and just ****ing hold on for deal life in guard the entire bout.

Oh yeah no doubt but a loss is always disaponting especially when it was fairly close but he was able to just do alittle bit more. That said I gave it all I had I made some mistakes though like I didnt work on breaking his posture maybe enough and when I tried to sweep him I didnt open my guard up quick enough but I suppose this will come with experience. I didnt grapple my smartest but it was my hardest when they yelled out 10 secounds left I just used all of my strength to roll out of that north south and go for that Guillintine but I kinda just got stuck in half guard. Atleast I got a win out it though and 3rd place is better then last.
