Might be one of the most uncomfortable things ever (in the lower region)! My biggest fear is that the zipper will unzip during training and catch my skin >.< but it does have a little latch to hold the zipper in place up top. I will be going to the gym today and I'll let you guys know how it goes. :rofl

Why are you wearing a sauna suit during training?

do you have a professional fight you're trying to make weight for? I would think Sauna suits are mostly good for losing water weight.

    No I'm an amateur.

Sauna suits raise your body's tempature and in doing so increases calorie burning and jump starts your metabolism.

It also enduces alot more sweating by opening up your pores but I'm not aiming at losing water weight and remain hydrated through out any work out, with or with out a sauna suit.

This. Only time you should wear a sauna suit is as a last resort to lose a few pounds in water weight for a fight.

Lol are you saying that increased body temperature does not burn more calories?

It may burn a few more calories (very few) nothing at all worth hindering your training for.

I wont be hindering my training.. The only way that you could say it would be harmful is by causing me to dehydrate, which I wont 'cause as I said I remain hydrated regardless of using a sauna suit or not, or by causing some type of fatigue.

Regardless of which one it is I'm greatful for your concern lol.

Your body burns more calories in order to regulate your body temperature, thats all I've said and attempted to get at.

If you have any insight on the matter, or anything else, I appreciate the advice :) but in a helpful, not condescending, way.

Throw that thing in the fire place, seriously.

Honestly, you're body should be going through enough just by training. Don't torture body, organs, etc... more by wearing that suit. It can really take some years off of you're life man.

It will hinder your training and it's pointless.

Carry on if you want to, though.

I'd gladly listen to your point of view, but I hope you'd forgive me for not throwing something I just paid money for into the fire place. :thumbsup
