Just heard Max Kellerman on his radio show and he said Cotto/DLH was going to happen

I hate DLH i think hes a fraud so i hope cotto beats him, but cotto is hurtable s hes only one left hook away from being defeated, i want to see mayweather beat him before DLH

 

yeah i'd rather see mayweather-cotto.

but when oscar brings the kind of money he does it's hard to turn it down. :roll:

Everyone should realize that the main reason as of right now we will not see cotto v mayweather is because of mayweather taking some time off ( it's all about the money) so it would benefit cotto to fight DLH which would be more profitable for cotto financially and expose him more to the boxing public... DLH would always bring great numbers to the ppv ratings, greater than mayweather would ever do... though I also wish a fight with mayweather instead, but a fight with DLH would greatly help cotto esp. since the mayweather and DLH fight was a close fight... cotto beating DLH in a more convincing way would greatly push his name out there...

 

If Oscar beats Cotto - would you think Cotto was a real threat to Mayweather, if he didn't take the fight?

Yeah - styles make fights - but if Oscar beat Cotto bad - I don't think Cotto would have stood a chance against Mayweather. If he wins against Oscar - that will make the fight that much better.

 

I can't really argue with this. But why is OSCAR fighting Cotto?

IF they're fighting for the right to CHALLENGE the undispute welterweight champ - then why aren't #1 and #2 fighting?

well like I pointed earlier, if oscar was a smaller man yes, but he his a big man compared to Cotto and he punches real hard too

 

I would prefer to watch Mayweather-Cotto.
