just herd this fight smith v truscott

Stephen Swift wins this, imo we have seen the best of Paul Truscott

 

trusscott had to try and make 3 times against buckland at SF and looked terrible at the weigh in. he looked massive for a SF as well....... hope he can get down safely

 

Get the feeling it all came abit to soon for Truscott and didnt have time to develop. He should be at lightweight atleast. At super-feather he is open to body shots all day long. He aint got the power to keep swifty off and will loose 8-10rounds.

I think it's a good fight.

Truscott was fed to Simpson a bit quick IMO, depends how much he wants it.

If Smith fights like a ******, as he has been doing, there's every chance that Trussy can out-manoevre him to a points win.

I'd go for Smith though, Truscott is bound to be tight at 130... and it's fighters that meet Smith in the middle who cause him most trouble.

 

Smith should win this fairly easily i expect probably by stoppage. Truscott isnt up to much im afraid some may say the same about Smith but time will tell....

Swifty should handle truscott. He had a major setback against selby, but has done everything asked of him since then. As long as he settles down, and strengthens his inside game a bit, i think he can be pretty useful. Looking forward to it, will try and get tickets
