He is an American fighter that was on FNF a couple of times I believe. He has an older brother Jesse(but he only has 8 fights). Diego is 21-0 and has been fighting pretty well. he is up against MIguel Beltran soon. What do you guys see in him? he looks pretty good to me.
He's alright, should move down to Feather. Kind of short for lightweight and looks like he could lose the 4 lbs. His younger brother Jesse is much more exciting to watch. Neither in my estimation will be reaching the upper echelon of the sport, unless they are moved very slow and allowed to develop better skills. Know a couple of guys that work out of Barry's Boxing where they usually train. They're all impressed. I haven't gotten that same impression yet.
Both him and his brother will be champions, no doubt about it. Diego isn't much of a puncher, but his brother, Jesse has what he is lacking. Diego beat Alejandro Perez by points after a few close rounds and a knockdown pretty convincingly and Perez is no joke. It was a good test for D. Magdaleno.
