just how good is maidana?

Since joining Robert Garcia id say hes an A-/B+ fighter. Gave Floyd a tough fight because styles make fights and Mariana outweighed him by like 20 lbs in the ring.

I'd pick him to beat both in a rematch. Can Khan take a dig off 147 Marcos? Unlikely IMO.

And Alexander's pretty much there to be beaten by this improved Maidana. Again this is just my opinion.

Maidana is a totally improved fighter and was on the best run of his career prior to facing Mayweather.

And even in their first encounter, Khan should have been stopped or at least the fight given as a draw.

Maidana gave Floyd a few problems, but out of their 24 rounds together, he won about 6

Also neither Khan nor ALexander were close to 40 when the fought Maidana.

 

Maidana matches up tough against everybody, except the first Alexander fight. People forget how close the Khan fight was (revisionist history), He's not skillful he's just a raw heavyhanded fighter that want's to throw and land.
