Just how good of a boxer was James Toney?

Why do you desperately cling to this meaningless fight ? It says about as much as Lomas loss to salidos does, perhaps even less so

So Toney can defeat Nunn McCallum and Reggie Johnson at 160 but he's not great, but GGGs best mw win was Danny jacobs and he somehow is great? Explain this to me

McGrain, How do you know this??

Aside from the Toney-Peter card you disagree with, how do "we know this"? Which scorecards would you provide?

It is not simple, or easy, to say "who you felt won" a close fight. It is a sign of your incredible inability to grasp the simple premise that to feel you know who won a fight often calls for a scorecard. You are completely wrong.

    Tiberi-Toney.

    I know you haven't scored Tiberi-Toney

Honestly, your stupidity literally knows no bounds. Here is what I wrote:
I, like the majority of media cards you produced, have it 114-114.

In actual fact, 114-114 is tied for first place, but it hardly matters at this point.

You always seem confused and confounded; like the world as you want it to be and the world as it is leaves you unhinged in a way that is not normal for most people. It is clear to me that the imminent defeat of incumbent President Trump ha deepened that break into some sort of (bizarrely) Toney related psychosis.

I'd advise you to step away from the keyboard for a bit and have a think to yourself, calm down, come back, and post about something other than James Toney, GGG or Vitali Klitschko for a while.

You say it’s an excellent point but you only focus on the bit where Toney struggled with McCallum.

To think that I used to rate you as a poster.

Look at how you twist things.

    What a joke.

Toney fought every 8 weeks, yet you think his opponents were at a disadvantage because Toney was sharp whilst they weren’t?

    Ha!

Has it not occurred to you that fighting that often can fatigue a fighter?

Only you could discredit a fighter for knocking out a great fighter and then not pursuing a rematch.

I’ve already told you that Nunn moved up to SMW straight after.

Regarding your new hero Tiberi, I’ve already posted you this link in the other thread:

You score fights before you watch them.

You’ve already made your decision whilst they’re touching gloves.

You’re living in a fantasy land.

There’s no PEDS on this planet which would prevent a non great former MW from getting smashed by world class CW’s and HW’s.

    Have a word with yourself.

He ran away from Wlad K?

I thought he wasn’t good enough to beat a C class MW?

If he wasn’t good enough to beat a C class MW, why on earth would you criticise him for not wanting to fight an elite HW??

You made this thread because you were kicked around like a beach ball in the other one.

Can you send me a video of you tying your own shoe laces?

If you could do that you’d instantly go up in my estimation.

I saw him lose to Reggie and (old) McCallum and get beaten up by Nunn.
20 title defences, kid. Maybe you were living under a rock

And this^ from the guy, who obviously struggles with very basic English comprehension (clearly demonstrated on page 6). The fact that you, without any provocation from me, made a criticism of comments I made, which you don't even have a full grasp of, is really quite the last straw.

Hilarious, in one sense. Very sad in another.

You are in no position to call other posters dumb, when it's a wonder how you even manage to feed yourself - being so painfully backward as you are.

Having your arse kicked from one thread to the next doesn't seem to sharpen your senses, either.

Quite oppositely, you seem to thrive on doubling-down on stupid lines of argument. Look at you now - no doubt believing that you are making great strides in a debate you lost over 90 pages and another thread ago. You've been utterly seared in the last few pages of this thread, alone; reduced to nothing more than a tragic little wretch, scratching around for some hint of credibility. Good luck with that, by the way.

Because, that's a steep hill for you to climb now and it might help if you start heading in the right direction (clue: that would be upwards) instead of digging your hole deeper.

    Enjoy your evening.
