Of course your nervous, **** I was thinking about how you would be able to deal with Winky schooling Paul, But I dont think its going to happen your boy has alot in his favor, size, reach, knows how to use it, younger fresher, went to war with Margarito and won.

While Winky hasnt really been fighting on the very top level lately, his last best performance was lossing to an aging Bhop, but I think you also have the ring rust factor as well.

Hmm pick em fight, but I lean towards Winky.

Not many guys get the opportunity to get "exposed" twice in one career. This is Paul's chance at that very unique and special distinction.

If he wins over a well functioning Wright, his street cred is going to go through the roof.

    High stakes.

    Lose Lose for Paul.

If he wins in dominating fashion. Winky is old and too inactive.

If he wins a close fight. Winky would of beat him if he was 100%.

If Winky wins. Paul lost to an old Winky.

I really dont see PW beating Winky at all. To beat Winky you have to have great boxing intelligence like bhops or power and speed like Taylor(even though I thought Winky beat him). PW does not have any of those at the level those 2 had them.
The wildcard here is how far Winky has slipped. If he hasnt lost a step expect a schooling in winkys favor. something like 10-2.

If you think that way then the terrorists will have won. :rofl Seriously, Williams is already getting waaaaay more buzz and hype than he needs to be getting. These same blind and crazy mother****ers will call this one of the greatest wins of all time regardless. Every situation is different, and the Paul Williams situation is a strange one. Almost none of these people are true fans like WWM, and they're prone to a delusion of a different sort than the one you're describing. It's quite the opposite.

if he loses its whatever he loses..... ill be back on sunday talking about it & waiting to see who he fights next.. ill never abandon pwill until he retires..
why are you throwing around this term exposed so lightly.... seirously this pisses me off....

if he loses he loses... how is it possible to lose & NOT BE exposed... nobody is a perfect fighter and everyone has weaknesses... be serious

You outta be nervous. Winky is gonna walk PTP down and stick the jab just as he always has. I'm still picking PTP but only by a super slim margin.

I think if he wins a close fight, it will look quite good for him, as Winky might have a chance to do some nice work. There isn't really any doubt he would lose to a prime version of Wright, but thats not something to be embarrassed about. Although Williams is roughly 9 feet tall, he isn't a natural MW, natural MW's can't boil down to WW, so it isn't like he is fighting a past prime experienced veteran in his own comfortable weight division.

If Williams loses a close fight, Winky has still got it and Williams won't really come out of it looking that bad in my opinion. If Winky looks anything like the Winky of old then there will not be much shame in losing, no other current WW or JMW could come up and beat the Winky of the Jermain Taylor fight (neither could Pavlik or Abraham probably).

When it comes down to it though, we honestly won't know until fight night just what sort of condition Winky is in.

Well you should be nervous. Winky is a highly experienced veteran with a good jab and a solid defense.

Still, he's on the downslide and he's also been very inactive. So while you should be nervous, IMO your nerves will be calmed by the end of this fight because I'm betting Williams takes this on points and just outworks the old man.... but we'll see. Nice to see you squirm though. :yep
