Quick and dirty. Local Syracuse, NY gym that honestly makes a big difference in the lives of some 2,000 at risk kids is running out of time and money. Please read and help if you can.

That's exactly why it's hard to donate. You hear so much stuff on t.v/ radio about donating, and helping others...Do I really know where this $ goes? Then they try to put you on a guilt trip. Out of any donations they've ever took throughout time (cures, kids, hunger, etc) has anybody ever seen it make a critical difference? Cuz I damn sure haven't!
If I actually wanted to help somebody there's tons of poor people, and bums where I live. I don't need to send $ through the mail when I could just hand somebody in my area 5 bucks, and no matter what they do with it (buy alcohol, drugs) I still know that a full 5 bucks went to them, and not the pockets of some greedy douche....

I would donate if it was via paypal. Im in uk. I dont care if the whole dollar goes to the Man, so much goes to him anyway whats 1 dollar more? And if some of it does actually go to this boxing gym, then good.
