im pretty sure it's more about pac/clottey being somewhat of a foregone conclusion rather than mayweather being a master promoter. plus, there's bad blood and all kinds of **** talking going on between mayweather and mosley. pac's never been the ****-talker and we've all seen clottey swinging from his nuts. where's the excitement there?

Void was afraid to fight Pac. I guess he could not get Pac to agree to throw the fight?

Do you really think Clottey has a chance even WITH his trainer? the guy needs a world class trainer, not some potential ebola carrying mother f*cker who was stupid not to renew his work visa.

It is Clottey's fault for not hiring a world class trainer. Floyd Sr. needs a job. Why didn't Clottey hire him?:think

I'll admit, Top Rank according to a boxing friend is NBA. No Blacks Allowed.

Top Rank is a good promoting company. You don't see them mugging for a pic behind every fighter or all up in their rap videos...

Floyd-Shane is simply a better fight on paper ( I say on paper because this is boxing after all and there's no way to tell if a fight is good until after the fight)

A lot of people are pretty sure that Pac will win his fight whereas a lot of people think that Shane might pull the upset.

Still, in the end Pac made the best fight available at 147 after the Pac-Floyd negotiations went to **** (remember, Mosley-Berto was still on during that time). And Floyd took more time to pick his next opponent and was lucky that Berto had to pull out. Otherwise, he wouldn't have any significant options @147.

Pac did the best he could at the time, esp. since Void ran away.

Anyone having trouble understanding, just ask yourself "How much talk would there be if the opponents were traded? Floyd/Clottey vs. Pac/Mosley?

Of the four mentioned fights, obviously Pac/Mosley would be the most exciting and I suspect would equal or outsell May/Mosley. Mayweather/Clottey wouldn't do so hot.

You should be ashamed of you statement. That is a superiority complex minded statement. If you are white I'll even say it's racist.

Ghana does not have ebola virus. Not everyone and everything coming out of Africa is contagious. For your information most of the raw materials that built up and sustains most of the western world comes from Africa.

The other fact you discount is the fact that Pac-Clottey was an unexpected fight. Clottey's trainer was in the US to train him for the Mosley and then Quintana fights that fell through. He wasn't and isn't a 'stupid mother f*cker'.

What do you think Floyd Sr. charges? How much do you think Clottey is being paid? Do you know his background? The number of people he supports with his income?

It's easy for you to say what you believe, but don't stand on your bully pulpit to espouse you narrow minded views.

Azumah Nelson fought and won with such handicaps. Wait till March 13. You'll get your answer there.

I think a lot of it is down to the fact that nobody thinks Clottey has a chance. Fights where everyone knows what the outcome will be don't generate much speculation. Clottey is a boring fighter but any fight with Pac in it will be an exciting fight. I expect Clottey to spend most of the fight simply surviving. He may open up in the late rounds and get knocked out but I think a wide UD is the likeliest outcome.

If it was Pac/Mosley and Mayweather/Clottey all attention would be on the Mosley/Pac fight.
