Just been to the bookies for tonight's action. Just wondered if anyone cared to comment.Last time round I stuck £100 on Margarito to win on points(keep it tight Tony! I cried) but a combination of ill health,no luck and those pesky kids having the cheek to want Xmas presents (I know guys,kids are so selfish) means I'm reduced to a £10 and £5 accumulator.Gives me an interest though. First line; Rios TKO or KO Margarito-points Povetkin-points Helenius-points £10 accumulator Second;Murray-win Cotto-points Helenius-TKO or KO Povetkin-KO or TKO £5 accumulator Man,the poor house ain't the place for a G!:| What do you think guys?
Yeah,I know what you mean,but since I can't bet the way I'd like to right now,I just want to give myself a chance of having an interest going into at least,hopefully the Rios fight.The stakes are negligable.
Because I can't put on a bet that I'd like to,I just picked a couple of accumulators because the stakes are so miniscule.That and I can't pick a winner in the big fight.It was only for an interest with sweetie money.
Horrible bets man, honestly. I wouldn't touch the Rios fight. Shitty odds and very unpredictable due to his weight draining and Murray's lack of chin. Literally anything can happen in that fight, not a good bet. Margarito, Povetkin, and Helenius on points????!?!?!?!! Come on man. The smart money is clearly on KO by those guys. Right guys, wrong result. Think of it this way -- at least 1 of those guys will KO their man... and you will lose that bet. Your second bet you ****ed yourself because Murray has a snowballs chance in hell, and if he does win, there is a good chance that Cotto loses. The other 2 bets on your second I have no problem with, you should win those and maybe you'll get super lucky with Cotto and Murray. Advice from a very successful and experienced better -- try to avoid betting on the method of victory. Very low success rate for ANYONE on those type of bets. If you start betting on KO or UD, or even get carried away with over/unders then you're gonna lose money, better believe it. Instead, stick to just picking who will win the fight. It's much easier that way. If you want better odds, do parlays, but stick to just picking the winner, not the over/ under or KO/UD. Just my 2 cents, tryin to help here. Peace and good luck.:good
I only had a flutter on Murray because of the weight and for a bit of fun. Rios is still 1/9,which says it all really. I can't bet the way I want to right now mate. Just a bit of fun. Like playing cards with matches.:good
