JMM should have gotten the nod but as often seen in boxing. The bigger name usually gets the nod in the close fights.

If its any indication though. Golden Boy offered Pac something like 7 mil for the immediate rubbermatch and Pac turned it down to fight Diaz for about half of that.

Sounds like someone didnt want to face JMM again.

The main difference which is pretty obvious is the improved balance of pacquiao. Still lunges in occasionally now but not to the extent as before. Marquez had a field day with this. Also Marquez was a ****ing beast that night, the guy was matching pacquiao for combinations and speed. Amazing. Also marquez p4p is MUCH better than pacquiaos current comp.

Given what Pac has *actually* done in the ring - no matter how you fantasize the fight going in your *mind* - you'd have to be a ****ing fool to "bet big" against Pacquiao. Unless he gets a Klitszcho fight.

I'll never be able to spell "Klitszcchoko" - not ever.

I had Marquez winning but I admit that fight was closer then I wanted it to be, Pac did very well and so did Marquez. Not a robbery, just not a clear victory for Pac.
