Just re watched pac morales 1

Great fight. I think that video gives the impression it was more even than it was. Pac was valiant, but in reality he got his head punched in.

 

Epic victory. Morales is what boxings all about. And he's going to beat Maidana.

That Morales would have schooled most of the so called champions of today from 126 to 135lbs.

 

What I dont get about this fight and *******s is Morales was winning before the cut... just saying... If anything the cut put a fire under his ass.

 

It's hard to fight with a cut above your eye because it makes it harder to see punches coming and it's also distracting and can throw off your accuracy.

 

Duhhh dumb ass. However like I said, Morales was ****ing him up for 3 of the 4 rounds prior to the cut. Morales beat the crap out of him in the 4th. After the cut.. then Pac started his comeback. Or was it in the ******* handbook that it was Pac's strategy to get his asswhooped early and come back in the mid rounds.

 

Even if you had Morales leading after 4 rounds, that doesn't mean the whole fight will play out the same way.

Noone is saying that the only thing that mattered was the cut.

I don't think Pac thought Morales would take his power punches so easily. The cut and the size both had a major impact, as well as Morales being a great fighter himself..

I'd have to rewatch it but I think rounds 1 and 3 went to Pac, 2 and 4 to Morales. Hardly "****ing him up"

 

round 3 went to Pac, but he did not win it. That was a Morales round and then he followed up in the 4th. Round 1 was for sure Pacs.

 

So they are even before the cut.

 

I'm a Pac-fan yet this, bar none, is my all time favorite fight.

Great performances from both fighters and I also enjoyed Lamps, Larry, and Roy's commentary.

 

Cant remember , I was talking about steward on the 2nd fight, when manny started to take the game away from morales.
