Just re watching pac margarito

Literally one of Pac's least relevant fights in the entirety of his career...

Margarito was not a top 50 ranked Junior Middleweight.

Margarito was not among the top 500 Pound for Pound boxers, if someone cared to list that far out.

 

Is it true that Pac was badly hurt by Margo's bodyshots in that fight and that after the fight Pac was somewhat bed ridden?

 

I doubt it. Pretty sure he had a concert later that night.

Everybody makes a big deal about that moment (I believe it was round 8] against the ropes when it was actually just Pac getting his arm/elbow caught in the rope binder.

Margarito's punches didn't seem particularly meaty nor did he even land a notable amount of body shots to me, really. The hippies running Compubox were generous to Margarito on that night.

 

yet pacquiao cant even hurt clottey and gets knocked out by marquez, nevertheless styles make fights and it was an amazing performance and pacquiao is a crazy mother****er, dude got hit HARD on the ribs and stood his ground, **** floyd .

 

I'm pretty sure he was visibly hurt from some body shots in that fight.

 

Let them have their hero worship, bruh. Let them bask in the mighty Pac 'overcoming' a 'debilitating' body shot from an exposed mediocre fighter who Pac whipped for 12 rounds.

 

I'm not worshipping ****...I'm simply reflecting back to what I saw in the fight when I watched it.
