I will let Manny punch himself out then take him out after. Now I was giving Clottey a 45% chance of winning but after that quote I give him a 2% chance now. If he stands there and let's Pacriod hit him like a punching bag he will be broken down within 8 rounds. Not a good look Clottey. Not good

Well Pac's legs will be weak because Clottey plans on blowing him the day of the fight too, so he might be on to something

Not a good idea, I'm sure he'll mix in some counter punches in there.

if clottey just stands there with his high guard, then he's going to have to take a lot of body punches aswell. i don't think that will be his gameplan. it's all mindgames right now.

every single fighter that faces manny thinks that they can take the punch,

ricky hatton smugness was the worst (am a fan but hes way too arrogant, id dare to say more than floyd and i can go on if someone wants me too)

Manny can punch real hard, if this is clottey game plane he will retire by round 4-5 max.

Maybe it's BS (doubt it). The dude needs to go out in full force and let his hands go and establish his testicular fortitude from the start.

Ive seen fighters saying they will do one thing before the fight and end up doing the complete opposite during the fight you have to take those statements with a grain of salt.

bottom line is that Clottey can come up with any strategy he wants hes still going to get his ass beat on saturday night.

True. As good as Clottey is, Pacquiao is in a different league.

Why did you give him a 45% chance in the first place?

That is a silly strategy. To quote Larry Merchant:

"Even a rock will break, if you hit it often enough!"

Terrible. Pacquiao has great stamina and he fights smart, he's not going to punch himself out and Clottey always wears out late in fights, he'll wear out faster if he plans on letting Pac T off on him. Clottey is going to get ****ed.

I just figured one of these fights we will hear "he was just to big for us tonight" from Freddy dope roach so why not be Saturday but not if this is the game plan. And I don't think it's just talk. He does the samething every fight. You can't teach a old dog new tricks.

Clottey needs to rough Pac up. Tire him out not by letting him punch himself but by pushing him around and walking him down and pushing him into the ropes and holding him and leaning on him and even hitting him low.
