I must admit that I'm a bit biased as Cotto is one of my favorite fighters but Zab was jumping for most of the low blows. It's hard to time your hook when your opponent is jumping. Cotto is using a lot of body punches so sometimes low blows happen. Remind me if there was another match that he did illegal tactics

Cotto is a warrior, fighting Martinez is a massive risk but he never seems to care about the concept of a "risk"

I just hope that both fighters weigh in at a good weight where both of them can demonstrate their skill. Hopefully 154 or 155, I dont give a **** about any titles

I'd be happy if the linear middleweight champion of the world would call out an actual middleweight. Pirog wants it -- where's Martinez?

Yeah I remember your disgust when Pavlik was calling out Mora and Martinez himself.

Martinez is 35, he wants the BIG money fights and paydays. Rather understandable in my opinion

    Me too.

Still, if this is true, Cotto deserves all credit for wanting a major challenge.

You're showing your ignorance with this one. 22 of Mora's 25 fights were at 160. Martinez has a **** load of decent middleweights to choose from. Instead, he tries to fight guys like an old Mosely, a green Angulo, and now a damaged Cotto. He's truning himself into a joke.

Martinez wants the big money fights and he deserves them his hour glass is draining quickly why waste time on Pirog who is holding a belt thats Martinez's anyway.

Pirog is a wast of time, but a damaged Cotto isn't? For the linear middleweight champion of the world to so much as speak the name Miguel Cotto at this point is inexcusable.
