clottey got robbed plain and simple. COTTO RAN THE LAST HALF OF THE FIGHT. CLOTTEY OUTLANDED HIM DURING HIS SURVIVAL ADVENTURE. COTTO ONLY RAN AND MOVED AROUND LIKE A CLOWN BECAUSE HE KNEW HE WAS GOING TO GET KO'D, AND ALSO KNEW HE HAD NYC AND THEIR ****ING PR PARADE AND THEIR ****ING PR EVERYTHING AROUND HIM.

if cotto fought where maybe he outlanded clottey when he was running backwards their might be a case. but he didnt do that. I dont think he did enough of that with mosley and mosley should have won that one too (that one more close).

Based on your own scoring, it's clearly not a "robbery", it's a close fight that could have gone either way. If you score the 4th for Cotto like the rest of the world did, then you have a 1 point victory for Cotto.

I also don't think most people would call 9 or 10 clear.

I thought the rounds that Cotto won; were close but Clottey beat Cotto the hell up. There is no way around that Cotto got the **** kicked out of him Saturday.

Giving cotto that win could ruin the rest of his career. Cotto knows he got the crap beat out of him and he had to RUN away to survive.

Close win for Clotey imo and apparrent he beat the hell out of Cotto. Seriously.

I agree with you completely, I seen Ledderman give round 10 to Cotto, that was a joke! Cotto got in one counter the HBO team made a big deal about in an exchange in which Clottey also landed and Clottey out landed him the rest of the round. You dont win a ****ing round landing only 7 punches, that is a joke.

I remember there were certain times during the fight that there was a silence from hbo cause cotto wasnt doing anything but running. Clottey was throwing and nobody said anything.

LOL at people saying Cotto bodyslammed Clottey, and Clottey fought the rest of the fight with a dodgy knee. Ive never seen someone so obviously faking an injury than Clottey when he was "hobbling" about afterwards. Plus the fact in the twelve he tried twice to convince the ref to get a point taken off.

Besides that I might have to watch it again, Im pretty sure I gave Cotto the 11th and 12th. which swung the fight to him by a point. But alot of people seem to think Clottey won the 11th.

Clearly a robbery for 1 point??? I was going for Clottey and can say it was not robbery. Score was wider than it should have been, but no robbery.

It was a split decision, and the boxing public seems to mirror that very same feeling. I personally had it six rounds a piece with an extra point for Cotto in the first round. I was going to make the sixth round a 10-8 but I decided to leave it a 10-9 even though Clottey only threw punches in that round so the referee wouldn't stop the fight. I certainly respect people who think Clottey deserved the fight because I really do think it was very close and basically it could have gone either way.

You even say round 4 was close. If you flip it, Cotto wins so how can it be clear robbery?

    114-113 cotto.

if a fight is that close, regardless of who wins, you cannot say it's a ****in robbery. GTFO.
