in regards to the 11th round,
it cud have gone either way, cotto landed the face shots, but shane landed some cleary body blows that a judge saw and cud have given it to mosley as cotto start CLEARLY backpeddling after the body punching - this is similar to mosley de la hoya 2. I have no problems with anyone giving the 11th to cotto or the fight for that matter.

now i do want to emphasize that this is not shane mosley in his true form. i dont expect anthing like this on saturday. he was tired in this fight.

AND SHANE MOSLEY NEVER GETS TIRED IN THE LATTER ROUNDS. i am interested to see what fights u are takling about aside from this one.

EXPECT A DIFFERENT SHANE ON SATURDAY.

Great fight, just rewatched this recently. Mosley showed great heart despite the exhaustion you can clearly see in his face and body language.

I had it cotto by 2 rounds.

I had Cotto winning by a rd myself. Have to remember Cotto has decent to good power in both hands and I believe Shane knew that since he was a lil cautious until Cotto started to gas out. But never the less a good fight.

No disrespect but what fights ? Mosley KOed Mayorga and Rivera in the last round, beat up DLH in both fights in the 2nd half, dropped Collazo in the 11th, came on stronger late vs Cotto, finished Margarito in the 9th, finished Vargas in the 10th. The only big fights he looked poor in late was the first Winky and Forrest fight I think vs Forrest he never recovered from the headbutt then the vicious KD you could see it in his eyes and with Winky he was just so flat looking and his legs didnt look very steady he looked much strong in the rematch.

Absolutely true about watching the fight with the sound off. Lamps was all over Cotto's nut that night.
