You can't be indicted before committing a crime, you can however be punished for premeditation, which is where the suspension comes in. And they found ingredients consistent only with plaster of paris, had they found other ingredients it would've been reported, sweat would come with potassium, magnesium, and sodium to name a few. It's obvious you made that up because if they were talking about one pad it would read "were discovered on THE pad" and if they were talking about two "pad" it would be plural (that means it would have an "s" at the end) and "pad" would have a comma after it, before the word "both" Quit trying kid, you're far too stupid to pull one over.
